Zebra Burning

  Hi there everyone!! Spring is here, although its still unusually chilly in Florida for this time of the year. I have a week break from college so I plan on going to Universal studios with my friends, the beach with my sister and camping this week; I am super excited! In the art world I have been busy making a zebra wood burning for my good friend Anastasia who's attending a cooking school out in Arizona. It's been a while since I picked up these tools so I'm afraid I'm a little rusty, but I do love the effect of the paint and the different shades of the burned wood together. My next project will be a monkey painting for my sister Amber who is expecting, she is making her nursery safari theme. I have already begun the sketches so I will be sure to post them next time. Burning and painting with some diluted white paint
